Introduction

The target audience is to women under the age of 35 with an interest in learning the skill to make money off their own hair styling freelance businesses, or to increase their employability in the hairdressing industry.

 

Our job was lead generation to find interested parties, with email automation to follow those leads and nurture them, while Retargeting them with follow up ads.

Strategy & Planning

This was a classic DiPAT™️ campaign supported by the effective use of a marketing CRM system and API integrations. The strategy was closely aligned with the marketing stack which followed the flow below

Activation

As there were multiple technologies involved in this campaign the activation happened in stages. At the initial stage we launched the adverts and ensured the the raw leads were inbound. We then moved on to the nurturing aspects of the campaign and finally the close/sales aspects.

Optimisation & Delivery

Once each aspect of the campaign was launched we looked closely at drop-off rates and drop-off points to see where we could optimise the process and improve the delivery of the campaign. 

Results

The uplift in sales was almost instantaneous for this client and we rapidly shortened both their sales process and time which increased their profits sharply. This has enabled them have the capital to launch new products, and the confidence to do so knowing they they could sell them effectively. 

Scaling for the future

Since this campaign the company has launched their Ghost Weave™️ Brand which has further improved their profits and their training courses have massively grown so they they are now a market leader in the Hair Training space in the UK
